“I joined the Reynolds family in November 2017 as a Quality Controller, inspecting products on intake. Then in June 2018 an opportunity arose within the Technical Department, which I was delighted to accept. Although I have had some previous experience in Technical in my home country, this was very limited and English is not my first language, however Reynolds supported me throughout this transition in many ways. I attended and passed a functional skills qualification in English, and then undertook food safety and internal auditing training. I feel I am now an important member of the Technical team, juggling many duties but primarily focusing on handling customer queries and screening new suppliers. I work in a small but great team and learn something new every day. After all, at Reynolds, we are one big family.”
