Richard moved to Reynolds as a Class 2 driver, having started his career working in a factory position.
Quickly showing his abilities, Richard worked his way up at Reynolds from a driver to depot manager, citing his proudest moment as when he passed his management Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and became the Operator License holder for our Scotland depot.
His aspiration is to support and develop his colleagues, helping them to progress in their careers just as he has been able to do.
