Terry initially joined Reynolds as a Class 2 driver, and spent his first two years gaining experience and developing his knowledge, including learning multiple routes within the Waltham Cross area. When the opportunity came to apply for a team leader position, Terry jumped at it, and spent six years within the role. During this time he also trained as a banksman and driver assessor, as well as being the main delivery driver for events.
Just over a year ago, Terry was successful in his application to move to the next level and became a Distribution Shift Manager. He says he is now focusing on learning within this role and looks forward to his next step upwards.
